SLEEKFENCE™ Shipping Information

We take delivery as seriously as we take design. So, we pride ourselves on delivering service that’s fast, affordable, and communicative. Below you’ll find a breakdown of our shipping options.

Free Shipping*

If your order totals $4999 or more before tax, you qualify for free delivery.

For our standard free shipping to apply, delivery locations must have a loading dock and/or machine with pallet forks to unload the truck.

Alternatively, we can ship your order to a holding warehouse near you, where we can hold it for customer pickup – up to a week, at no extra charge.

Flat rate shipping*

For orders under $4999 in value, we have subsidized, flat shipping rates which make our products easily obtained anywhere in North America. These fees are auto calculated based on the order value and delivery location, and displayed at checkout.

**Please note:

• Free shipping does not apply outside of the SLEEKFENCE™ standard delivery area. If your delivery location is outside our standard area, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• For free shipping, flat rate shipping and other discounts to apply, delivery locations must have a loading dock and/or forklift to unload the truck.
• Orders for 5 panels or less, ship unassembled. Please inquire for a custom freight quote if you’d like them shipped preassembled.

Residential Curbside Delivery 

If you require our fencing to be delivered to a location where equipment with pallet forks is not available onsite, please select our optional Residential Curbside Delivery when checking out. Depending on your order size, we will arrange delivery with a Lift Gate or Moffett Forklift equipped truck, for a surcharge of $1199.99

Alternatively, we can ship your order to a holding warehouse near you, where we can hold it for customer pickup – up to a week, at no extra charge.

Note: this only applies to orders over $2000, as orders under $2000 can be hand unloaded by two people.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will be in touch to let you know when you can expect it and what to expect on delivery day. That is the time to discuss any special accommodations that need to be made.

*Once all documentation is received.

*If all required products are in stock.

The typical transit time is 10-14 days from the ship date.

Shipping Beyond Our Standard Delivery Zones

We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us. However, some areas are significantly more expensive for us to ship to than others, so additional fees may apply.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, less populous and/or remote areas of Canada (such as the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nunavut), and other locations outside of our standard service area are subject to additional shipping fees. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
