Returns, Exchanges, Damage, and Cancellation Policies
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shopping for your project should be fun, so don’t be afraid if you mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging (with the original order # clearly printed on the outside of the package). When exchanging products, we will refund original order items to the original method of payment, then treat the new items as a separate order, subject to standard shipping and/or handling charges.
A few items can’t be returned, including:
- Special order or custom items
- Items indicated as non-returnable or final sale
- Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items you have already opened, assembled, modified, or damaged.
- Open Box Items or items not in resalable condition.
Whether returning or exchanging a product, return insurance, shipping and handling costs, and risks of damage are the responsibility of the customer even if arranged through SLEEKFENCE™. All returns are also subject to 15% restock fee.
Insurance, shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. Any returns from outside Canada are subject to all fees, duties, brokerage pertaining to reimporting items to Canada.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Important note: Please do not install any damaged or defective products.
We strive for excellence in our products and service and will take steps to ensure that your products arrive safely. If your products arrive damaged or are defective, we know how frustrating this situation can be. Damaged or defective items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 15 days of the delivery date. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.
ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Orders placed may be cancelled prior to shipping.
Unpaid orders may be cancelled without charge prior to shipping. You just need to send us cancellation request by filling out our Cancellation Request Webform.
Orders paid in full or partially may be cancelled, however costs incurred pertaining to credit card charges will be deducted from the refund amount at 3.5% of the sale value.
