Shipping in the USA and Canada
We take delivery as seriously as we take design. Our shipping program is structured for clarity, efficiency, and predictable delivery. Below is an overview of available options.

‍Free Shipping
‍Orders of $4,999 or more (before tax) qualify for free delivery.

Delivery locations must have a loading dock or equipment with pallet forks to unload the truck.

Alternatively, orders can be shipped to a nearby holding warehouse for customer pickup, with up to 2 days of complimentary storage.

‍Flat Rate Shipping
Orders under $4,999 are subject to subsidized flat-rate shipping.

Rates are based on order value and delivery location, and are provided directly on your quote.

‍Please note:
• Free shipping does not apply outside of SLEEKFENCE standard delivery zones (Lower 48 states and BC to QC).
• A loading dock or forklift is required for all standard delivery options and associated shipping rates.
• Orders of 5 panels or fewer ship unassembled. Pre-assembled delivery is available upon request and subject to a custom freight quote.

‍Direct-to-Site Delivery
If delivery equipment with pallet forks is not available onsite, Direct-to-Site Delivery can be arranged.

Depending on your order size, delivery can be completed using a liftgate or Moffett-equipped truck, for a surcharge of $1,199.99.

Alternatively, we can ship your order to a nearby holding warehouse for customer pickup, with up to 2 days of complimentary storage.

‍Note: This option applies to orders over $2,000. Orders under $2,000 can typically be hand unloaded by two people.

‍Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is ready for shipment, our team will coordinate delivery timing and review site requirements with you. This is the time to confirm any special accommodations.

‍Shipping Timeline
Orders ship within 5 business days, provided:
• Full payment has been received
• All required documentation is complete
• All items are in stock

The typical transit time is 5-10 business days from the ship date.

Orders within the Lower 48 states can typically delivered within 15 business days total.

‍Shipping Beyond Standard Delivery Zones
Certain regions require additional freight considerations. 

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote or less accessible regions of Canada, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nunavut, and other locations outside of our standard service area are subject to additional shipping fees. 

All applicable charges will be clearly outlined in your quote.

‍Lead Times
In-stock products ship within 5 business days. Standard finishes — Black, White, and Wood Grain — are typically available for prompt fulfillment.

Custom engineered gates typically have an 8-10 week lead time. 

Custom colors are subject to minimum order requirements and have an approximate 30-week lead time.
