Coverage Overview

Eligible applications: Single-family residential, multi-family residential, HOA/Strata, mixed-use, commercial, corporate-owned, institutional, municipal, hospitality, and other professionally specified project environments.

Warranty periods by component: Aluminum materials: 25 years · Solid-color powder coating: 25 years · Woodgrain powder coating: 10 years · Powder-coated steel components: 2 years · Custom-fabricated items: 2 years

Hardware and third-party components are covered by the original manufacturer or supplier warranty, if applicable.

Warranty registration is required within 90 days of substantial completion, installation, or product purchase.

‍Coverage Details

‍SLEEKFENCE warrants that aluminum fencing materials, powder-coated finishes, and powder-coated steel components are free from manufacturing defects for the duration of the applicable warranty period.

Coverage includes:
• Aluminum materials
Protection against cracking, rotting, warping, separating, splintering, corrosion, or rusting
• Powder-coated finishes (solid colors)
Engineered to withstand weathering, humidity, abrasion, and UV exposure
Certified to industry standards including Qualicoat and AAMA 2604
• Woodgrain finishes
Tested for weathering performance and color retention under controlled conditions
• Powder-coated steel components
Protection against cracking, peeling, flaking, and rust-related deterioration

‍Key Performance Expectations

‍The coating system is tested against recognized standards to ensure long-term performance:
• No visible cracking under standard conditions 
• Controlled color change and gloss retention over time 
• Resistance to chalking, humidity, and salt exposure 
• Verified performance through accelerated and natural weather testing 

Performance may vary in coastal, industrial, or high-pollution environments, where more frequent maintenance is required. 

‍What Is Not Covered

‍The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Improper installation, use, or modifications 
• Abrasion, impacts, vandalism, or external forces 
• Exposure to harsh chemicals, pool chemicals, or improper cleaning methods 
• Contact with or exposure to saltwater
• Power washing or sprinkler-related chemical exposure 
• Environmental events (fire, flooding, extreme weather, etc.) 
• Corrosion resulting from scratches, nicks, or dents 

It also does not include labor, removal, or reinstallation costs. 

Maintenance Requirements

‍To maintain warranty coverage:
• Cleaning must be performed and documented at 6-month intervals 
• Frequency should increase in aggressive environments 
• Only mild, non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaners (pH 5–8) should be used. Do not use dish soap.
• Cleaning must follow SLEEKFENCE Cleaning Instructions 

Failure to perform and document the required cleaning and maintenance may limit or void warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims

‍To submit a claim:
• Contact our support team at customercare@sleekfence.com 
• Provide the original order number 
• Upload photos and a description of the issue 

If approved, SLEEKFENCE will replace the product or refund the amount paid by the original purchaser, at its discretion.
